How we work
Experts win their domain
Everyone is heard. When the person who knows the area says an idea is bad and explains why, that view is followed in most cases. Final calls on direction and money stay with the founder.
Small and chat-first
Under ten people on purpose. The team chat is the office, meetings are rare, and you only need to overlap a few hours a day.
Keep your day job
Until salaries start, the account executive and marketing roles work part-time if you like, 10 to 20 hours a week on your own schedule.
No layoffs
We hire slowly so we never have to lay anyone off. Toxic behavior ends straight away.
A four-day week
Once salaries start: a 32-hour, four-day week, and unlimited time off with a minimum you have to take.
