Pricing FAQ

Billing, cancellation, and limits.

What happens if I go over my monitor or subscriber limit?

You cannot create a new monitor past your plan's limit (3 on Free, 10 on Growth, 50 on Scale), and new status page subscribers stop being accepted once you hit your plan's subscriber allowance (100 on Free, 1,000 on Growth, 10,000 on Scale). Everything you already have keeps running normally; nothing is paused or deleted for being over a limit you were previously under. Upgrade or free up room to add more.

How does annual billing work?

Annual billing is 12 months of access for the price of 10, on both Growth and Scale. Pay once a year and skip two months of charges compared to paying monthly, same plan, same features.

How do I cancel, and what happens to my plan?

Open Billing from your account settings to reach the billing portal, where you can cancel any time. Cancellation stops future renewals only: you keep your paid plan's full access through the end of the period you already paid for, then the account drops to Free. Nothing is deleted or downgraded early.

Is pricing metered by checks, requests, or API calls?

No. Every plan is a flat monthly or annual price for a fixed number of monitors and subscribers, with no per-check or per-request charge on top. Run your monitors at a 1-minute interval all month and you pay exactly what the plan says, nothing more.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, any time, in either direction, from account settings. Nothing about your existing monitors or status page changes when you switch; only the limits and paid-tier features (custom domains, REST API and MCP access) turn on or off.

Does the Free plan need a credit card?

No. Free starts with no card on file and no trial clock, so it stays usable for as long as you want before you ever add billing details.

Start free, upgrade whenever you need more.

3 monitors, all four regions, no card required to start.
