Using realuptime
By creating an account or using realuptime, you agree to these terms. You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live. If you use realuptime for a company, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for that company.
The service
realuptime checks endpoints you configure and presents monitoring results through an operator dashboard, public status pages, and, on eligible plans, programmatic interfaces. Monitoring is evidence about what our probes observed; it is not a guarantee that a service is available to every user or from every network.
Your account and monitored targets
- Provide accurate account information and protect your login credentials and API keys.
- Only monitor systems you own or are authorized to test.
- Keep contact and billing information current when paid plans are available.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account or credentials were compromised.
Acceptable use
You may not use realuptime to:
- access, scan, disrupt, or overload systems without authorization;
- probe private networks, metadata services, or security controls;
- evade plan limits, rate limits, or other safeguards;
- publish unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing content; or
- interfere with realuptime or another customer's use of the service.
We may suspend activity that presents a security, legal, or reliability risk. When practical, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
Current plan limits and prices are shown before checkout. Paid subscriptions renew for the billing period selected until canceled. You may cancel through the billing portal when billing is active; cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Contact support about an incorrect charge or refund request. Taxes may apply.
Your content and data
You keep ownership of the names, URLs, incident text, branding, and other content you provide. You give realuptime permission to process and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. Public status-page content is intentionally visible to anyone with its URL.
Availability and changes
realuptime is an early-stage service. Features may change, and interruptions can happen. No service-level agreement applies unless we agree to one separately in writing. We may update these terms as the product changes; material updates will be posted here with a new effective date.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Do not use realuptime as the only control protecting life, safety, money, or critical infrastructure. To the extent permitted by law, realuptime is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
