Freshstatus shut down: where to go
Freshworks discontinued Freshstatus, its dedicated status-page product and Freshping's sibling, on March 31, 2026. Its own migration guide points former customers at Freshservice, where the status-page feature is included with the Pro and Enterprise plans only: no free tier survived the move, and no standalone status-page product replaced it.
