Latest update, 2026-10-23 00:14 UTC: We have identified an external issue which began on October 22, 2026, affecting Dragonpay transactions. As a result of this issue, customers are unable to accept Dragonpay transactions. Our engineering teams have engaged Dragonpay and will continue to monitor the situation. We will provide further updates as soon as we have more information.
