RU-1011: Agent sign-up request not found

No sign-up request matches the id and poll token sent. The answer is the same for an id that never existed, a poll token that is wrong, and a request that has been deleted, so it does not confirm which of them it was.

On the wire

Ships with HTTP status 404, carrying "code": "RU-1011" in the response body alongside the human-readable error message. Existing fields are never replaced by the code: it is additive.

Common causes

  • The `X-Poll-Token` header is missing, or is not the `pollToken` returned when the request was made.
  • The request id in the path was mistyped.
  • The request ended more than 30 days ago and was deleted.

How to fix it

  1. Poll `GET /api/v1/signup-requests/<requestId>` with the `pollToken` from the 202 response in the `X-Poll-Token` header.
  2. If the request is gone, make a new one with `POST /api/v1/signup-requests`.
